Our main line of business is custom tiny homes on wheels 12-30' long that may be tiny but are surprisingly spacious.

We build our customers Dream Homes that just happen to be Tiny not tiny houses.
Our goal is to make a tiny home feel like your own personal vacation resort for both glamping and full-time living.

We also build small log cabins that can be delivered the same way a portable shed is delivered.

We have recently purchased 80 acres in a rural area abundant with recreational activites (Michigan ATV/Snowmobile trails just down the street, dozens of watersport & fishing lakes nearby, kayaking rivers, hunting, camping, nature trails, national forests, state parks with beaches)

Vacation Rental/Model Tiny Homes, Log Cabins & a Treehouse are currently in the planning stages so we can share our beautiful new location with tiny enthusiast and nature lovers alike.

How Lil Bear Tiny Homes started:
The Owner/Designer Mark White is an award winning landscape designer specializing in Outdoor Living Areas as well as building Custom Log and Timber-frame style homes.
He studied community & regional planning and landscape design in college with a personal focus on living simply in harmony with nature thru creating garden cities, recreation centers, etc.
